Sometimes the patterns of bookings will permit shorter stays (for example, if a specific room is available for a 2-night stay between other bookings). Feel free to ask about visiting for less than 3 nights, but please understand that shorter stays are available only in certain circumstances. Arrival and Departure Dates: Within the limits of the 3-night minimum, you may arrive and depart on whatever days you wish with only one exception. As a rule, we do not permit arrivals or departures on Saturdays. This is because Saturday arrivals and departures break up the weekend, and often leave us with an empty room on popular weekend nights. While large hotels can accomodate this kind of scheduling, the fact that we are a small B&B means that we must try to keep weekends intact. As with our 3-Night Minimum policy, special circumstances sometimes permit us to accomodate exceptions. Rates apply June 2008 through February 2009. Rates are "per couple", including room, breakfast, snacks, and beverages. Lodging tax is extra. A deposit of 50% of the room rate is required for reservation. The other 50%, plus lodging tax, is payable upon arrival. We accept cash and checks. We do not accept credit cards. Cancellation and Refund Policy If you cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full, with no fees or penalties of any kind, if you provide us with cancellation notice at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you do not provide us cancellation notice a minimum of 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-book your room; however, if we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit in full, with no fees or penalties of any kind.
